Everyone knows someone who has Alzheimer’s disease. Did you know Alzheimer’s is the most expensive disease in the United States? Between 2000-2021, deaths from heart disease have decreased by 7.8%, while deaths from Alzheimer’s disease have increased by 146%. Alzheimer’s can’t wait. The facts are undeniable. The time to act is now!

The Jack Young Memorial Foundation is a private, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization founded to help raise awareness and funding for the fight to END ALZ on behalf of our father, husband, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, Jack, who lost his battle with early-onset Alzheimer’s at the age of 67.

More than 400 leading Alzheimer’s researchers agree that we can prevent and effectively treat Alzheimer’s by 2025. It could be sooner if critical investments and reforms are made.  Since 1982, the Alzheimer’s Association Midlands Chapter has provided education, information and support to individuals afflicted with Alzheimer’s disease and their caregivers. They support the National Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders Association in its research for the prevention, cure, and treatment of Alzheimer’s. Their vision is a world without Alzheimer’s. With our help, we can reach their vision.

The Jack Young Memorial Foundation is a private, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2011 by Jack’s family and friends when Jack lost his battle with early-onset Alzheimer’s at the age of 67. The Directors are:
