Between 2000-2021, deaths from heart disease have decreased by 7.8%, while deaths from Alzheimer’s disease have increased by 146%. Alzheimer’s can’t wait. The facts are undeniable. The Jack Young Memorial Foundation is a private, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to raising awareness and funds to fight Alzheimer’s in honor of Jack—our father, husband, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend—who lost his battle with early-onset Alzheimer’s at the age of 67.

Our annual golf tournament is our primary fundraiser and part of the Alzheimer’s Association’s The Longest Day events. We need your help to make our 14th year a big success!
